Shanelle is a corporate attorney with extensive experience advising private equity firms and public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged finance transactions and corporate governance matters.

Prior to founding the firm, Shanelle practiced at an international law firm in New York. She is licensed to practice in New York and Florida.

Shanelle received her A.B. in Economics from Brown University. She received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
